Appropriate sales tax will be charged for all qualified purchases.
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to LeMonti within 7 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
To return your purchase you must call 718-375-4634 to get RMA(Return Merchandize Authorization) number within 3 days from delivery date. Your return must reach our location within 7 days from delivery date.
No returns without RMA# will be accepted.
Unfortunately, lemontiusa.com cannot accept items that were purchased at LeMonti stores. Please do not attempt to return items purchased at a LeMonti, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you. We cannot accept responsibility for items purchased in stores that are returned to our warehouses.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued 10 business days after the date of purchase.
All S&H charges are not refundable.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, LeMonti reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.
Merchandize must be returned in the original selling and sealed conditions, with tickets attached and original sales receipt.
Open packages of socks, tights, underwear, etc, merchandize that is used or worn and merchandize that are sold as final sale can not be returned for any reason.
How to return or exchange an item:
To return an item you must call Customer Service at 718-375-4634 or email info@lemontiusa.com to obtain an RMA number.
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
